We are on Lincoln near the corner of Lawrence and Western, just south of Lawrence and east of Western, on the Lincoln Square strip. If you're familiar with the area, we are a few doors north of Merz Apothecary, across from the Huettenbar and on the second floor, above Wier Family Dentistry. Our door is to the right of the entrance of the dental office.

Parking
There are two large city parking lots within one block of our clinic: just east of the CTA Brown Line Station on Western, and just north of the same CTA station, across Leland. There is metered parking outside our front door along Lincoln between Lawrence and Leland. Please be aware of the meter hours; some meters are 24 hours, while others stop at 6:00pm. There is plenty of free street parking on Leland south of Lawrence and east of Lincoln if you are willing to walk more than one block.

Appointments, Insurance and Payment
Lincoln Square Acupuncture offers care by appointment only. Please call 773.878.3888 to schedule an appointment. We do not bill the insurance company directly, but if your insurance reimburses for acupuncture or Chinese Herbal Medicine we will gladly print a superbill for you to submit to your them. The cost of the treatments is on a sliding scale fee of $20-$40 per treatment. Rather than using a traditional sliding scale to determine the amount of payment that uses income to determine your rate, we work on an honor based system which means that you decide for yourself how much you pay for each treatment. There is an additional $10 paperwork fee added to the first visit, making the total for your first appointment between $30 and $50. Lincoln Square Acupuncture accepts all major credit cards, as well as personal checks. |
